Open meetings are formal presentations that will be followed by question and answer sessions with planners and officers, if attending an open meeting it is best to attend the whole session.
Prior to all open meetings exhibitions showcasing the issues and ideas for the borough will be available for you to drop-in and view at your leisure. Planning officers will man the exhibitions and be available to answer any questions you may have.
On Saturdays we will be located in town centres across the borough, if you see us, come and say hello!
